MARBLE MOSAIC INSTALLATION AND CUTTING GUIDE
Recommended areas for usage include kitchen backsplashes, accent walls, shower and tub surrounds, bathroom floors, etc. Mosaic sheets can be used in various techniques to enhance your project:
- Full sheet for large areas
- Cutting the sheets into strips to create a border effect
- Cutting the sheet into size 2”X3”, 3”X3”, 4”X4” to use as an insert
Installation and care recommendations
Grout: Use sanded grout on marble tiles. Clean excess grout immediately with a damp sponge. After 12 hours, polish off any remaining grout haze with a dry cloth.
Cleaning: Use a soft, clean cloth with warm water or a non-abrasive acid-free cleaner.
Sealing: Let the grout stand for 3 days. Then, apply 2 layers of penetrating tile and grout sealer onto the entire surface of grout lines and tiles.
